We strive to be as self sufficient as possible, and produce our own beef, mutton/lamb, pork/bacon, eggs and milk, and have a bountiful vegetable garden which we are happy to share with guests.
Our farmstay property is on the edge of the Fiordland National Park and is very close to the Waiau Rivier, renowned for brown and rainbow trout. We are very conveniently located if you are planning to visit Milford Sound!
Are you walking the Kepler Track?
If you stay two nights with us we will deliver you to the start of the Track, and collect you again at the end and you can leave your car on our property, where it will be a lot safer than in a public car park. When you arrive back at the Cottage, freshly baked scones will be waiting for you to devour. All for no extra charge.
